Atholl House Coffee Morning

28th March 2025

Community in Bloom at Atholl House

Our Social Value team recently hosted a wonderful tea morning at Atholl House, a sheltered living scheme, where residents came together over tea, coffee, and biscuits before taking part in a hands-on planting activity.

Residents planted vibrant wildflowers to brighten the shared garden and herbs they can use in their everyday cooking small changes that will continue to bring colour, flavour, and joy long after the morning itself.

To support this further, we’re also providing extra compost so residents can grow vegetables and herbs on their balconies, helping them enjoy the benefits of fresh, homegrown produce at home.

The residents truly enjoyed the morning, with many sharing how uplifting it was to get together, connect, and try something new.

Moments like this show how meaningful community engagement can be it’s about more than plants; it’s about connection, wellbeing, and giving residents the tools to enjoy sustainable living in their own space.
