Consistent inspection outputs and structured reporting have enabled clear identification of risk categories, prioritisation of remedial works and improved tracking of compliance status across multiple regions.

Immediate make-safe interventions have reduced potential electrical hazards within occupied homes, while smoke alarm checks and upgrades have enhanced early fire detection and resident safety.

The structured regional deployment model, combined with controlled scheduling and quality assurance procedures, has ensured SLA-compliant certificate delivery, consistent technical standards and reliable forecasting of compliance performance.

Overall, the programme delivers a safe, compliant and well-managed electrical inspection framework across approximately 4,000 properties per annum, reinforcing statutory compliance while maintaining a professional and resident-focused approach throughout.
