3rd February 2026
Weβre delighted to have won Outstanding Contract Delivery β Property Services at the Barnet Community Awards 2025, alongside receiving the highest nominations for Social Value Contractor of the Year.
This reflects the hard work, consistency, and pride our team puts in every single day. Thank you to everyone who makes this possible.
Please see our nominations:
Nomination One: I would like to nominate WGW due to their hard work and commitment over the last year at Atholl House. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate the residents while working on site in a very challenging environment. They have supplied the scheme with garden furniture so the resident had somewhere to sit in the summer while the noisy works were undertaken. Provided a Christmas party and brought a BBQ for the summer party. They also helped build furniture for the new residents that moved in and was unable to complete this task themselves. Each resident had to be relocated to a different flat while the works were carried out although this was not WGW responsibility they help assisted with the large items of furniture to help the care team, they carried this out with such care and dignity. I truly believe the project wouldn't have run so smoothly if they wasn't awarded the contract.
Nomination Two: I am pleased to provide a nomination for WG Wigginton, who have consistently demonstrated outstanding performance as one our long-term electrical contractors working on our electrical rising mains (ERM) renewal projects. Throughout the duration of the RM programme, Wigginton have delivered work of exceptional quality, professionalism, and reliability. Their team have demonstrated good working technical knowledge, strict adherence to relevant electrical safety standards, and are proactive in resolving issues quickly.
